We want delicious, nutritious, home baked, artisan, organic, naturally leavened bread and baked goods to be easily accessible to our neighbors and community. We live right here in Kansas City and great food is an important part of the community for our family. We want to share our passion for baking and wholesome food with the community. We make food for those that share our values in prioritizing local and organic products. We believe that using as many locally produced ingredients as possible, is essential to produce a quality final product and to keep dollars in our local economy.

 

The main ingredients in all of our baked goods are freshly milled locally sourced organic grains, water and salt. We prioritize locally grown ingredients to minimize shipping miles and to ensure that we know the growing practices of suppliers that are used. There are virtually no waste products from production and the packaging is all recyclable and /or compostable. We currently produce bread and baked goods out of our home kitchen in Kansas City, under cottage industry food laws.
